A different way of christmas party

As a christmas get together we want to invite all our students, mentors, partners and tech interested people to join us and experiment with Raspberry PIs, Android Things, Sensors, creating Web Pages and whatever you feel like. This will be our first hackathon style event and your playground for experimentation.

Resources

Need some hardware or tools? Not sure what to work on? Need an inspirational intro talk? Check out project pitch presentations. Every project will have a list of required materials with a suggestion on where to purchase them. So that you can bring to build your own projects and take them home. For rent we will provide you with Android Things Kits and we will also have some other equipment there for you to experiment with.

Who is this for?

If you're interested in technology this event is for you! Beginners are welcome to improve their skills, the more experienced can train their knowledge by explaining things to beginners or experiment with new things. You don't have to be in science or tech to participate. Seriously! We need your ideas, domain expertise, and feedback on what gets built. All are welcome. We will also have a kids section where kids will share their knowledge with other kids.
